The GeneSprout Initiative consists of several squads, each of them filled with motivated members. Each squad has their own tasks and objectives. People from the different squads meet each other in the general and core assembly. We also have an advisory organ of alumni who are happy to share their experience with us.

• The strategy squad consists of four to six board members. They outline the big picture and main objectives of the GeneSprout Initiative and they make strategic decisions.
• The other five squads consist of members who work together on specific tasks depending on their interests. Each of these squads is led by one or two squad leaders.
• All the board members, squad leaders, and members meet each other in the general assembly. These meetings are about informing and collective decision-making.
• The board members and squad leaders meet each other in the core assembly. These meetings are about communicating and collaborating between the different squads.
